In December 2009 Ritchelle moved back to Victoria and joined Hemminger Schmid. She practices primarily in the areas of Real Estate Law and Wills and Estates. Ritchelle enjoys working closely with her clients, ensuring that they receive the care and service they deserve. She takes great pleasure working with all her clients, and in particular, assisting first time home buyers. Ritchelle is always available to answer questions before and after a transaction has completed as her desire is to provide excellent service.

Ritchelle was born and raised in Penticton, BC but her studies required her to move many times. She graduated with distinction from the University of Victoria with a Political Science degree and graduated from the University of Alberta with her Bachelor of Laws degree.

Ritchelle began her legal career in Edmonton, Alberta but soon realized that BC is where she wanted to be. In 2006 she moved back to Vancouver and was employed at a boutique real estate law firm where she worked for 2 1/2 years gaining knowledge and experience involving real estate transactions, as well as drafting wills and handling estate matters.

In her spare time you will find Ritchelle doting on her beloved pug Sumo, and spending time with her husband. Ritchelle also enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and attempting to play golf. Ritchelle is well versed in both English and Punjabi and looks forward to helping you in the future.
