Erin Lumley, Lawyer

Erin is happy to help with all your legal matters. She has experience in civil litigation, family law, criminal law, residential real estate law and administrative law. She also works as a legal aid lawyer and has dealt with Child, Family and Community Service Act applications by the BC Ministry of Children and Families.

She serves both the Greater Victoria and Duncan jurisdictions. You may attend for meetings with her at Hemminger Schmid’s Duncan office located at #1-163 Craig Street every Wednesday between 9am and 3:30pm and she is otherwise available for appointments in the Langford Office or Victoria Office at all other times.
